UD/DD calories when working out?

This has probably been answered somewhere but after scanning through I haven't found anything...

I'm doing a low carb JUDDD and 2 weeks ago started working out 3+ times a week. Those are 1 hr long workouts. When I use Johnsons calculator this is what I get.. all at 20% wt loss mode, but different activity levels.

Little or No exercise - 2021 and 404
Light exercise 1-3 days/wk - 2316 and 463
Moderate exercise 3-5 days/wk - 2610 and 522

Which one am I supposed to do???? The difference from little to moderate is alot?!

I say start with little to none, but if you stall or feel super hungry add about 100 to either UD or DD- depending if one is harder and go from there.

Others who exercise more will chime in I'm sure. When I feel well enough to exercise I definately don't want to add my burned calories back in, but that's just me.

I've been doing 2300/500-550, but that's a big difference from 2021/404. I kinda panicked when I fiddled with the calculator and saw that number.

If you are losing well than stick with it. Power to you! If not, bring it down to little/ no exercise and see. Pat (SoHappy) said that most of us really over-estimate how much we burn during exercise. I don't know, but for me the main point of exercise is to help burn extra fat stores so I don't want to eat it back.
