DD Monday! What's on your menu?
Good morning!
Eating in an 8 hour window 11-7 (I stop eating at 6 so if I just need a snack I have some wiggle room ).B: black coffee D: salad w/romaine, tuna, tomato, green beans, green onions and cucumber w/wishbone spray dressing (199 cals) S: boneless skinless chicken breast, canned green chillis, green beans, 1tsp olive oil (to saute) and broth all simmered together, may add a laughing cow cheese wedge to that (195 without the LC cheese) |

LOL! I am getting a cold and just plan to sip on alot of hot liquids today. If I get hungry, I have HB eggs in the fridge, a can of 100 cal chicken noodle soup in the pantry, too. Hoping to not need them, though. |

10 am. Cheese stick 60 cal, tomatoe juice 70 cal Ate that due to Aqua size at noon, excited. 2-3pm cottage 4% 1/2 cup- 110 cal. 230 cal so far Dinner chicken- lettuce Snack broth |

I really like the tamale pie. I've looked at the other items in the line, and they're not DD friendly, so I haven't tried them yet. The tamale pie is also kind of hard to find for me. They carry Amy's stuff at my regular grocery store, but I've only found the tamale pie at Whole Foods.
Also, I don't like tamales, as a rule, so if you get it, don't expect it to be like a tamale. It's more like a shepherd's pie, but with chili as the base and polenta as the topping.

I love Amy's split pea soup. 200 cals for the can and I add a little f/f chicken broth and miracle rice to it- makes a HUGE meal.

Having a hard DD today. I haven't been hungry per se, but my mind is going crazy wanting to just eat chocolate and chicken wings and food I might call comfort food. Not sure why...
So far on track, but I live on the west coast of US so it's still pretty early here...ugh. B - Coffee with cream - 40 cal L - Potatoes with salt and mustard - 300 D - soup with turkey chili, cabbage, broccoli & broth 220 |
