On Friday I fell asleep and never had my bedtime snack. That is only the 4th or 5th time that has ever happened. It's 4pm and I think I will treat myself to half a cup of coffee and then have some variation of the bedtime snack tonight. |

DD for me today was 303 cals.
Green smoothie - 135 cals. BB - 63 cals. Pork roast - 105 cals I just went for a power walk, it is gorgeous here, hope to rebound and weights in a bit. I am done for the day. |

B - Half of cinnamon cake made with Ouizoid's Fantastic Flour Mix - 70 cals.
two cups coffee each with 1 tsp coconut creamer and six drops capella coconut flavor - 30 cals L - Cabbage, mushroom, laughing cow, Buttoni dumpling leftover - about 100 cals D - Got brave and made my own shiritake noodles, not bad but seemed like a lot of work, made a "noodle bowl" with asparagus, celery, shredded baby carrot, green onion, tofu, chicken broth and spices - best guestimate 200 cals to be safe S - later tonight, I'll finish the cinnamon cake |

I barely do "Breakfast", "Lunch" and "Dinner" and more like, "oh I'm hungry, I guess I should eat", though it usually happens at awkward hours.
1 - 6 oz diet hot cocoa, 8 oz. Lipton Spring Vegetable cup of soup (70 cals) 2 - Low sodium rice cake with French Onion Laughing Cow cheese (70 cals) 3 - Candy Cane Lane decaf tea (Celestial Seasonings), shrimp ring with cocktail sauce (180 cals) 4 - (haven't eaten yet, but I'm going to in a bit) Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt (pineapple flavor, yum!) - 80 cals Total: 400 cals |

Ended up craving chocolate cake (got my lovely call from Mother Nature so that's expected), and made the 80 calorie 321 cake! Tossed a very small amount of semisweet chocolate chips on top so they would melt into a chocolate "ganache".
Yummmmmmm. |
