UD Sunday! What's on your menu?
UD today but using the 8 hour window for meals (11am-7pm) :
B: black coffee D: philly cheesesteak stuffed peppers (green bell pepper stuffed w/provolone cheese, sauteed mushrooms and onions and deli roast beef, topped with more cheese and baked) S: taco salad (no tortilla) w/sour cream, salsa and avocado Snacks: sliced cucumber w/ranch dressing (made with a mix of greek yogurt and mayo); and the weird one: mashed 1/2 an avocado w/1T greek yogurt mixed in and using crisp bacon (4 slices) as the cracker lol |

I have no plan! I am drinking coffee with HWC and enjoying it for now, though.

Bfast was 3 4 inch pancakes.(170)
With 2 tbsp peanut butter (190) yes we put pb on our pancakes. And syrup (200). Coffee with half and half. (35). Lunch will be taco soup. One cup serving = 271 calories. May have two. Breakfast was 1 egg scrambled, 1 piece of toast w/grape jelly(first time l've had bread in over a month) and 1 piece if center cut bacon - 215

My god I'm already at 1853 and that's a conservative estimate! It sure does add up fast, lol. Drank coffee for approx. 200, lean shake 170, chips 160, candy bar 220 (the chips and candy bar were at the flea market where we worked for a few hours today), KFC thigh, leg, and biscuit 640, and coconut pineapple icecream (460).
I may HAVE to do the 8-hour diet today even though I didn't plan it.![]() |

I'm experimenting with the 5:2 plan, which is JUDDD but with fewer DDs. So yesterday was an UD and so is today

I had a different plan, but I didn't slide into binging and still have some calories left for dinner.
B - hot lemon water, some roasted seaweed lying around. L - orange banana smoothie, ***dark chocolate covered almonds / walnuts (10-12), a handful of gluten free pretzels, 2 spoonfuls of almond butter*** D will be vegetable soup left over from yesterday which was originally intended for down day, but I'm kind of craving it and feel more like having shirataki noodles tomorrow |

Changed my supper to corn dogs and bbq potato chips
And then some apples with caramel dip. So, probably another 2,000 calorie kind of day. |

So I have to say I had to really work to get in my calories for today.

One cup serving = 300 3 pretzel crisps. (30) Dinner Roast 4 oz. (176) 1 cup canned corn. (100) 1/2 cup applesauce (110) 2 pieces of wheat bread with butter. (240) Cup of skim milk (110) 1/2 cup cookies and cream ice cream (110)I would have had more if we would have had more. With chocolate syrup (100) Ice cream sandwich (100) 1 tbsp peanut butter (95) 2066 whew. |

Melanie, I first learned to cook with my mom's supervision making pancakes on Saturday mornings. She let us put bananas in the batter, and when they were done we would slather peanut butter on the top and then drizzle with syrup.

I haven't read the book. I don't know why, but it seemed like it might be difficult to get through...just a feeling and not based on anything, lol.
