Well, I am over 500. I'm not sure exactly by how much, but I had two drinks. I am satisfied and want no more, but had to eat something so had spinach, LC cheese and .06 oz of angel hair pasta. Nothing else tonight though and far from a MD. I'm fine with it.

Mmm, LG, would love a drink right now!

I just posted a mock Wendy's chili recipe for 158 calories a cup on the DD recipe thread if anyone's interested
It makes 22 freezable 1 cup servings :-)

D: Probably swai or cod with veggies.

Not too well planned or thought out today, but that's okay.
Well the store was out of FF hot dogs. I ended up not having ANY of the items I planned.

B: 180 calorie TV dinner
L: cucumber, tomato, feta, malt vinegar
D: Banh Mi

I'm at just over 600 calories right now. This "maintaining" thing is pretty darn enjoyable.

Keirasmom that gives lots of hope.
I stuck pretty well to my plan.
Had a little more vegetable soup than planned, plus one single lonely dark chocolate covered cashew (a miracle that it was just one) a bite of cantaloupe and one leftover spoonful of coconut yogurt. So about 450 to 500. The calculator on the site recommends 350 for down days. That's hard!!! Easier to have nothing or 500 but in between I find hard. Ita try to do every third down day a zero down day? If I can handle it. But not feel badly about myself if I'd rather eat a little.

Coconut yogurt, Lychee? Sounds soo good! I just realized today that whatever I am craving by the end of my DD( right now it's an Almond Joy), when I wake up on my UD, I don't even want it anymore.
So far on my UDs, I have a little bit of stress about wanting to make it a 'good one', but I never feel that I really do. I guess that just emphasizes my poor relationship with food.

HIT - yes, so delicious makes a cultured coconut milk product which is by far the best vegan yogurt. (The kids and I are vegan.) my son left just a tiny bit in the container so I finished it. I stopped buying them for myself because somehow they trigger binging for me. Maybe too processed. Maybe the sweetener added. I don't know.

For a while I was adding "black bean and corn salsa" or bean/cheese dip to my chicken broth. 1 tablespoon was anywhere from 10-20 cal, depending on the brand. The beans I feel like help fill me up. Or some fresh chopped garlic added is good too!
Nice to "spice" things up so its not just chicken broth all the time!

Tx Tex, interesting study! Before his symptoms came on, he was a whole foods nutrition junky. Very thin and only ate organic. He has gained ALOT of weight since being on his meds. I think that was a big reason he tried to stop taking them. I'll definately share your link and see if he'd be willing to try it out. Thanks for caring (and sharing!)!

I think my banh mi had more calories than I estimated. I'm up a pound after my DD, and up 2 pounds since my last DD. Either that or my last UD where I went over caught up to me.

It's probably not possible to gain overnight anyway Dawn, so it's just water retention from all that exercise. You will be losing right and left soon after doing all that Zumba!
