Breakfast-1 egg, 1 Tortilla, 1/4 sausage patty: 263
Coffee w/cinnamon creamer: 70
1 Cracker: 16

L: I'm thinking Pho or Vietnamese sandwich (300-500)
D: DH's leftover meatloaf, maybe quinoa, and some sort of veggie.

I'm out of wine! :eek:
May have to go to the store. :D

It's about noon here and I think I might have already eaten all my UD calories! Madness.

B: two scrambled eggs, a bagel thin with peanut butter and sf jelly: 300 calories
L: Chipotle Burrito: ...something like 1200 calories

Leaves about 500 for dinner. I'm sure I'll go over, and I feel insanely full right now, but I'm not capable of walking away from a Chipotle burrito.

B - 2 eggs with SF marmalade, coffee with HWC (275)
L - baked potato with lowfat sour cream and salsa (500)
D - repeat lunch and add 1/2 cup pinto beans on the potato too. (800)

Today....so far so good!

B - my usual UD breakfast - eggs, bacon, OMM, homemade espresso/mocha - 640 cals

L - odwalla bar
230 c (went over my carb limit but not by much)

D _ green salad w.vinaigrette, ribeye steak with mushroom sauteed in butter
800 c.

S - slice LC zucchini bread
100

1800 for the day :yummy:

Yesterday's DD was a disaster (almost a MD), determined to make today a good one. :aprayer:

B: tea - one w/honey and HWC, the other w/truvia and milk (251), 4 fat bombs (379)
L: naan bread and hummus (235), 2 shrimp egg rolls (154)
D: sausage and peppers and cheese (700)

Total cals: 2113 (with 33 to spare)

It's not a problem, Tex. :) I do the same thing! So, I've had some wine, food and ice cream and think I've gone over a bit. Not a UUAD, but still...anywho onwards...bygones :D

I could really go for a honey crisp apple. I'm jealous!!! Up here we only get them for a few months. Can't wait for the fall.
