I'm still full from my UD dinner last night, so this morning I'll be attempting to have just coffee without my usual Quest protein bar. Also I'm planning to skip having freezing cold protein shakes for awhile, at least until the weather warms up a bit above the teens. BRRRR!

9:00 Coffee, non dairy creamer, Truvia
1:00 Egg whites, 2 sl. turkey bacon, green beans
5:00 1/2 C. LF Ricotta cheese, almond extract, Truvia, crushed toasted almonds, diet hot cocoa

300 Cals.

D - leftover cabbage, mushroom, laughing cow mixture with some of Buttoni's dumplings

Stayed the same after snarfing down a ton of oysters yesterday, I'm happy!

Thought 1:00 would never arrive, so I could eat my egg white meal.

At 11:00, my stomach started gnawing at me to eat something, so I had a drink of water with orange crystal light and a couple sugar free fiber gummies made by viatafusion - Fiber Well. Now...I'm off to go make my egg whites, turkey bacon & green beans!

Drinking super c throughout the day (0cal)
tonight will have protein and salad of some sort, maybe some roast beef
Aiming for about 300-350 cals today

Maybe I'll try sweet potato tonight instead...don't know, would like to see how the potato day works.

at 5:30 1 small pickle 5 c.

Well I had good intentions today But, things went a bit off track when I ate a tbsp of cookie dough lol.

So today's plan was actually-

hb egg
chocolate rice cakes
cookie dough
frozen WW entree
diet hot cocoa
2 cups sea salt popcorn with ranch popcorn seasoning added

427 calories, not including whatever the cookie dough was. I'll also have another cup of cocoa before bed, so I'm probably going to end up pretty close to 600 calories for the day

I went to lunch with dd and a friend. Friend was on an UD. I should have been but my schedule got messed up this week so I was on a DD. But it was fine. DD and the friend got some really good looking food. I ordered a side salad without croutons and no dressing (brought my own). Salad had cheese on it that I tossed off. So just a bowl of lettuce with a tomato wedge, 2 or 3 baby carrots, and a chunk of cucumber and my 20 calorie rasp. vinegrette. I was still munching my salad when the others finished their plates. LOL

Dinner was late (almost 7:30) and I made a simple soup with some fresh veggies, potato, homemade broth, and a bit of chicken.

Also had my tablespoon of coconut oil. Total calories for the day was 384.

D - wendys small chili & 2 pks of saltines 270c
S - went on a ride w/ hubby to make a pickup and he had a fish sandwich so I had 2 bites of that and about 3 of his fries. Then I had 2 glazed cake donut holes around 1am.

I woke up down 2.5 from yesterday! Woosh!
