I like my DDs now too. What I do is I save up ALL of my calories for dinner and have a nice, "normal" dinner with my family. This way I don't have to make special low calorie meals for my whole family or for myself. It is far less disruptive and I really don't mind getting by on coffee and water until dinner (we eat early, 6PM). DDs are breeze this way for me.

This is exactly what I did today. It wasn't too bad, but I did get light headed a few times.
