Angie, 1 c. of chicken broth is just 10 calories, unless you're adding something to it.

Scrambled eggs comes to mind - one egg yolk and two egg whites, seasoned to taste. . . .

Started off kinda hungry this morning, will probably brew an extra pot of coffee. Usually, if I can hold back on the hunger, by afternoon I'm not as hungry - this is why I've been doing liquids until 1 or 2pm - if I eat anything in the morning, the hunger increases in strength and duration.
Have some bone soup ready for this evening, have started putting some of the meat in it to increase calories for the evening dd meal

I have no idea. I went to the store yesterday to buy some frozen cooked shrimp so I could have shrimp coctail today, but I couldn't see paying $18.00 for the bag.
I have a 140 caloirie Smart Ones, I guess I will have that for lunch. Not feeling very enthusiatic today.

Egg day for me today. I'm up 1.5 pounds this morning and have no idea why. My UD calories were right in line yesterday, albeit quite carby, so maybe that's it. Plus I've been hitting the Callanetics pretty hard this week, but took yesterday off. Can you see I'm seriously confused??? But it's all good.

B: Coffee w/HWC
L: Hot tea if I can make it w/o anything else
D: Scrambled eggs w/a tiny bit of butter

Total around 420

Trying to make a decision to not eat lunch so that I can have a satisfying dinner...ever eat something and wish you hadn't? I wish I'd not eaten breakfast so I could have lunch, lol. Then if I eat lunch I'll wish I hadn't so I could have a decent dinner. 370 calories does not go a long way...don't know how you all get so much lower than that and stay sane.

Good idea, Tex. I think I'll do that too. Will not be able to have lunch, however as I've already consumed 120 cals.

LCG You are doing great! We can all say we've had a slight gain when we don't expect it because we've been staying on plan. I bet all the exercising has something to do with it, so don't worry about it. You are building muscle and toning up and that is a good thing!

Your menu looks good today. I bet the scale agrees tomorrow too!

I've been pretty successful lately by keeping my DD cals to one meal, so hopefully today continues that.

One meal around 4pm...
4 oz grilled chicken (120)
baked potato (200ish)
laughing cow (35)

Total = 355 cal

Was always at 500cal on DD but trying to lower that lately to see if I can get the scale to budge!

My stomach is gnawing at me hardcore today.

B-2 cups coffee with a good amount of fat free half n half: 100 calories
L-broth: 15 calories
S- gum throughout the day and a couple of pickles: 50 calories
D- diet hot cocoa w fat free half n half: 50 calories

So about 200 total. Very low DD's are easier for me. once I start eating it's all I can think about

more water

L - chicken broth, green salad, vinaigrette 60

water and tea

D - chicken drumstick, cauliflower 100

water, tea

S - SF jello w/dollop whip cream 40

350 cals for the day

Well, I skipped lunch and I'm starving. Hungry, hungry DD today. Planning on making salmon chowder when I get home (decided not to get Wendy's). Excited that I have enough calories left to eat it.

Ending at 370 calories and perhaps a few short of it. I had the chowder planned but was lacking tomatoes that I could have sworn were in the panty. So I made patties that stuck to the pan and didn't turn out very well, which is good because I gave half to my dog and was able to eat some potatoes without going over. I'll be honest, I'm looking forward to tomorrow!
