B: Jalapeno turkey burger, no cheese, water, Tazo Awake (415)
S: Tootsie Roll, more tea (35)
L: Vietnamese sandwich, diet Pepsi (300)
D: DH is making meatloaf. I'll have to enter everything in my online calorie site when I get home.

Start Date: SB 2/05; JUDDD 11/12
B: 2 HB Eggs, 1 pc of toast (220)
L: (out shopping) grilled turkey sandwich w/ fries (eeek! Looked the website up, their fries are uber high cal! Sandwich (380) Not sure what size the fries were so going with the larger size cals JIC! (700!)
D: probably turkey breast w/ roasted potatos, carrots, side salad w/ lf ranch. I'll add it up and eat whatever keeps me at 1800 cals.

I was curious why most eat HB eggs? Is it just preference, or is it the increased calories from cooking it with butter in the pan.. just curious, I love my over easy, over medium eggs so much

Breakfast: coffee, 8 tiny chocolate thingies( we have all these treats in my break room at work)--72
Lunch: 1 1/2 piece of sausage, 1 egg, diet coke with lime--310
Snack: Breakfast on the go mix--180
Another Snack: Chocolate covered cherries(2)--60
so far 662

Don't know about dinner, but I want enchiladas at Montelongos yummmm(probably a ton of calories!)

I usually eat HB eggs on dd's and scrambled or an omelet in butter and CO on UD's. Helps stay low calorie on DD's and get them in on the Ups

Tex, it's just a carry over from my SB days. I love them and they're easy to keep around. My kids love them, too!

662 so far and
homemade sour cream chicken enchiladas for dinner, 2 at 360 a piece. That puts me at 1382. I guess I'll throw in a handful of chips and salsa. Can't wait!!!! They're getting all melty in the oven right now yummmm

That makes sense JL and miss flutter:-) don't know what it is, I love fried eggs, poached eggs, omelettes, eggs benedict, but cannot eat a HB egg. My kids love them though

I have a question...Do we have to eat all our calories on ud or can we just get close? Somedays I just cant fit it all in and I never thought I would ever say that!! I guess I am getting comfortable

L - Sweet tea
D- 1/4 of a veggie pizza, Klondike bar and sweet tea

And I still need to get more cals in :/ Having a couple raw vegan chocolate macaroons. Yum.
