A big food accomplishment for me the other day
It has to be this woe.
As some of u know, we have about 15-20 chickens. Which we LOVE.
Our first couple of flocks had names, that tells u something.
Now only a few do, but we still love them all. Plus my cholesterol checks out over the roof, probably not my hens fault. It is my grandmothers fault, love my granny any who.
It was a dd for me. And While eating two boiled eggs, which I eat the whole egg, yolk is my favorite always.
And I know I should just have only the whites. Dr. Says, or one egg a week, Right!
DRum roll here.
Not meaning to, I left one and half yolks on my plate.
Just small bites of the yolk with the whites satisfied me at that time....
Not intentional I did that. Has to be JUDDD.
The wild birds and hens ate the yolks. I no sounds gross.
My dh was happy I left most the yolks. I really had no power over the deal, sorta cool. (((( It's a God thing and JUDDD))))

Great job. That's the JUDDD magic right there! I was reading the other day that in studies an apple a day helped reduce "bad" cholesterol by a significant amount. Since is a totally doable DD food, it might be worth a try.
