Take Me Back, JUDDD :(

Hi you guys,

It's been a really long time since I've posted here. I thought I had conquered my weight issues but as I found out, much to my dismay, I still love food too much and have a bad habit of overstuffing myself. I've been on hiatus from JUDDD since October and I have gained a staggering 21 lbs. I know, oh the shame :(

I thought about just starting up the HCG diet again - I had started with HCG and then used JUDDD to maintain - but I'm thinking I'm going to start with JUDDD this time and see if I can get down to a reasonable weight with it. Today's DD didn't, unfortunately, go as planned. I just had a salad but it was a pretty big salad =/

I can tell it's going to take me some work to get back into the JUDDD state of mind but I'm hoping it works. Wish me luck, ladies!

Welcome back! I'm sure you'll be able to drop those pounds again. I think going off plan and gaining some back is something we'll all experience at some time, and to some extent. Just knowing JUDDD works, and it will work for you again is comforting.

Good luck and welcome back! You'll be back on track in no time :)

Hi Luv, I am in the same boat. I did hcg then tried to lose more weight with juddd and ended up gaining 20 lbs too! I didn't do juddd religiously and didn't keep my rotations. conteplating doing hcg again but its a hard diet to do. so today I am again restarting juddd with a DD....wish you and I lots of luck in this food world we live in! If you want we can be diet buddies! send me a private message.

So, despite a not as low-calorie DD as the calculator recommended, I'm down 2 pounds today at 131 :jumpjoy: I'm actually excited to see if JUDDD can take me all the way to my goal this time instead of having to rely on HCG. It's been all positive so far so *fingers crossed* Thank you everyone for your encouragement!!

Good look to you too cuttie! I'm on board for being diet buddies!

LoCarbGal 01-16-2013 08:47 AM

:up::clap:

Congrats Luv! That's a great start, and I have no doubt you can get all the way there with JUDDD. Let the magic begin!

Wow, that's fabulous :jumpjoy: There is nothing like a scale move in the right direction to provide extra incentive :high5:

Many of us have found that if we work the plan, rewards such as this follow ;) and as you've seen already, JUDDD is forgiving :)

JUDDD has taken me as low as I care to go on the scale, down to numbers I haven't seen since Jr. High - I've been dieting since I was 12 and menses started. Was just telling so (significant other) today that I'm gonna have to raise my calories, the tailbone is starting to grind into my chair

LoCarbGal 01-16-2013 08:55 AM

Wow Luv2, I've never, ever had that problem since like, 11 years old! What a distressing problem to have....NOT!

I'm with you and cute 99. I've travelled the past half year, and gainend 23pounds back... Ugh hating it.
I did hcg and I like it, I just never can keep the weight back off.... So I'll starting juddding again, and hope I can get rid of some pounds quickly. My pants are too thight, and I don't feel like dressing nice at all... Would love to wear a tent every day. I hate myself for gaining back so much... I was 8 pounds away from my goal. And now I start over again....

Luv2Eat 01-20-2013 07:25 AM

I think this is part of the process of learning what your body does in different environments - the fact that you don't like wearing your current size clothes should be a good motivator for you.
:console: Sorry you've put on so much weight, it can be depressing. Thank goodness you have JUDDD in your toolbox, it's a very powerful tool. When the suirts kick in and the scale moves in the right direction, you'll feel much better. Work it, girl, you can do this!

RebeccaSimpson 01-20-2013 03:45 PM

Thank you Luv, I'm really movtivated. I finally want to figure out what my body needs and wants.
