Yes, gals, it was my birthday today, and it was actually scheduled correctly as an UD LOL. I went and had the remaining 2 pieces of bacon and a protein drink for breakfast, nothing for lunch, and then had applebee's ww 550 cal garlic sirloin dinner (didn't quite finish it), 2 skinny mohitos, 1/3 of the creamy spinach/artichoke appetizer with celery sticks (I did snitch 2 tortilla chips also!) and then when I got home I had a little red wine (cab) and 3bite-sized gluten-free teensy cupcakes and 6 little squares of super dark chocolate for dessert. Mmmmmmm. Nice up day if I do say so myself and NO LOSING CONTROL!!!!!

I don't think there's any way I could do my 20% Calories. 357! YIKES. I struggle with 400-500 especially after doing hcg at 500 cals a day for 23-40 days in a row. I am liking about 600-800 but I'm on a maintenance break. You guys are rock stars!
