UD Monday- what is the plan?
 
B: 3 scrambled eggs in butter 323 cal
L: lamb stir-fry with onions, carrots, bell peppers, 6 scrambled eggs 1350 cal
D: skipped

total 1673 cal/about 25 gr carbs

Breakfast-coffee w/1 cream(heath)-32 calories
snack chocolate wafers-112 calories
lunch 2 pieces of pizza-1000 CALORIES!!!! why did i eat that, id don't even know what it tasted like
Dinner-probably will be salon or some sort of fish with salad greens, maybe some squash.

L: Panda Express veggies and Kung Pao chicken, diet Sobe, fortune cookie (347)
D: Planning chicken or fish, quinoa with butter, avocado, wine (??)

If I make it to the gym, I may have a protein shake after. (120)

I want to go to Zumba tonight (I've been slacking), but Tempe's getting fixed today and I don't know how she'll be feeling. I'll see after work, or I may ask DH to stay home with her. :dunno:

Have around 700 left for dinner, so not exactly sure yet...to cook or not to cook? :D

1809 is a lot of calories, but I typically eat so much more than this.

Dinner ended up being KFC, then I got blasted for my unhealthy choices on my calorie counting site. :hyst:

I did make my Zumba class and burned 536 calories.

B 10:30 Waldorf supreme, home made of course.
Had everything in the bowl, the chicken that I alway add, I'd finished it off the other day.
Waha, but saw the tuna can, so drained that added it to my salad, it was very good.
B= 5-600 calories.

d. Home made Quiche with crust. tons of calories.
My crystal ball tells me, I better have extra sirt1 genes kicked in today.
Im comfortable that I do, wink.
