I woke up this morning craving McDonalds breakfast :confused:

bacon, egg, cheese McGriddle 410 calories
lipton soup 50
chicken broth 10
egg roll 150
diet hot cocoa 20

640 calories (around 35% wl mode)

Wellness update-- much less coughing and nose blowing, and I"ve gone a couple days without seeing anything heinous when I do the sinus cleansing thing in the morning :sick:

I feel like, if being sick was NYE party in Times Square, I'm at the part where they clean up all the confetti.

Food:
B: toasted marshmellow tea :) it's black tea, but I'm pretty tired still, so I'm hoping this helps wake me up. I only allow 1 black tea (mug) per day, otherwise I get too hyper!

L: maybe carrots if needed (30cal)

D: planning on PB shiratake noodles with chicken.

tea (herbal), water, vitamins through the day.

Well my DD went out the window when I ate a homemade brownie :o Never, ever make brownies on a DD :laugh: I then went ahead and just had a normal supper with my family (pig n blankets). I think I ended up at around 1,000 calories for the day so I'm going to call it a MD and move on :)

6:30am- half mug of chai spiced tea
7pm- half a mug of broth= 5
8:30pm- 6oz salad mix=40 cal w/ 10 cal spritz dressing

So far 55 calories.

Bedtime snack plan: 3 Kim's deli pops= 30
with 1 LC light wedge=35
=65 + 55

Total for today 120 :aprayer: to sleep well and no sleepwalking :aprayer:

Today was a good dd atkins shake 160 can chick noodle soup light 120 ..1 cup broth 10 and a cucumber for 25..around 315. I feel great today it is easier if I do not eat at all till evening. That makes my fast a complete 24 hour fast. I sure hopes this helps the losses.as they are few and far between. I know they will come I feel reallg good..I need to be healthy for my new grandaughter born today..she is beautiful!!! I now have 9 and another on the way!!God is Great!:jumpjoy:

I thought for sure feeling crappy early on today was going to ruin the DD calorie-wise, but came in pretty good at 465.
Way earlier than usual I had a hardboiled egg, a little H/H in coffee and a spoon of peanutbutter. (140)
Made it on that until 8pm and had some oatmeal with blueberries and almond milk and a mug of coffee with HWC (155)
Then some tuna salad (150) and more decaf and H/H (20)
