I put a little FF plain greek yogurt in smoothie- makes it creamy
I also "spice up" FF plain greek yogurt with a tsp of bakers cocoa and slenda. I also add Mio drops or capella drops. If I want to bulk up a smaller amount of yogurt I add walden farms o calorie marshmellow dip. |

I add dry ranch dip mix to a one serving container of Greek yogurt and eat the whole container with a cucumber.

Steph, that sounds really good!
This thread has me Jonsing for a dish I haven't made in years - it's basically chicken breast boiled in water (just enough to cover and a little more), take the chicken out, shred it and set aside. Boil noodles (I like large shells) in the water, adding enough to make kinda dry when it's done. Add the chicken, black pepper and spoon yogurt over this to make creamy. Yum. |

Ha...the title of this thread made me think it was about "alternative" uses...like removing stains or something.
![]() I have actually heard that it's good for unclogging drains. ![]() |
