DD Saturday - what's the plan?
How are the DD folks doing today?
I'm getting incrementally better-- less coughing (and it's mostly a dry, tickling cough), and I got hydrasense nasal cleaner stuff, which seems to be helping a bit.
B: 2 cups of chicory dickory dock
L: 3oz baby carrots - 30 cal
D: probably left overs from last night-- roast pork loin, creamed cauliflower
will stick to 500 cal.
Hi Soren, I am doing my first DD since Tuesday.
1 cappuccino from a service station. 100 ish?
1 cup of tea 20
Homemade mushroom and chicken soup. 300 ish

An ok day for me so far:
Tea all day (keemun for now, coconut pu-erh later)
L - new potatoes w/seasoning only (175)
D - either more potatoes (175) or some lo-cal soup (120?)
S - possibly SF jello (10) or mini-gherkins (4)
Stomach is a little out of sorts, so truly thankful today is a DD (I'm beginning to favor them over UDs, which has me quite surprised).
I'm baaaack! I keep coming back to JUDDD b/c I know it works!
Lunch - atkins bar 210c
Dinner - tuna salad made w/ tuna, mayo, avocado, grape tomatoes on lc wrap lined w/ baby spinach 327c
Snack - sf jello cup w/ lite cool whip 20c
So 557 for my first DD not bad...i'm getting a headache now...
Plan is just to have hot lemon water until late afternoon, then a carton of unsweetened almond milk and later a kombucha if I stick to this and don't eat random stuff. Kombucha is my down day treat when I have room left.
