Nancy, I love your theories too! I have learned a lot from your posts.
You always have a good common sense explanation for some things that often baffle me!

And Carly, I hope you get to the bottom of this soon. Doesn't sound serious but it would be nice to know what's going on!

I'm late to the party (PP party? lol) and I think it's just a LOT of water. If there were burning or itching, then I'd be concerned, but just a lot of pee... you're just letting go.

keep an eye on it (so to speak) but I think it's just water loss.

I made it through Wal-mart with only 1 pit-stop. A 2 floor wal-mart is just double the terrible, but can't beat the prices.

I actually drnk very little. I know that's not healthy and I'm working on it, but yesterday and today I drank less than my usual tiny bit trying to control this!

That being said, now that I'm home I'll drink some iced tea.

I can't wait for Nancy's theory!!!!!

I just read dr J's book. He did mention in it that on the alternative day diet some can go into ketosis. I wish I had my kindle near and I would look up the page.

I think I read where Nancy told someone that we go into ketosis on JUDDD.

Carly if you don't drink much fluids, I'd be even more concerned about the "going". I do go a lot on DD's especially, and even on UD's, but not nearly as much. However, I always have something to drink, all day. Probably 6-8 20 oz drinks a day.

I went twice during the night and twice since getting up a hour ago. I haven't been to the scale yet, but I feel great- the bathroom thing is just a huge annoyance. If I don't need to be overly concerned about the ketosis thing, I think it is my body just releasing a ton of excess bloat. The scale had been unkind recently and for no explainable reason- that must have been the reason- BLOATED!
