Happy Dance for DeltaBigBoy! A century evicted!

For my own psychology, I don't call them 'cheat' days. I tell myself I have decided to eat what I want and take the bounce. NBD. It is just life...although life can't happen tooooooo often.

I have at least one a month. Heck, through my whole weight loss journey, I had a major vacation/event every two months (being retired is fun). Late last summer, I had a six week stretch where I kind of Fast 5'd, had two real DDs, and mostly feasted...and ended the six weeks at exactly the weight I started.

******

Thanks for the info on TDEE. Very thought provoking!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Some days are diamonds, some days are more calories.
Full believer in what floats around on people's messages here on this board.
It's not what we eat during holidays, it's what we eat on normal life days throughout the whole year. Glad ur doing so well.

I consider myself an EATER, not sure I could manage a 6,000c day! What all would you eat? Now, I am sure 3K would be easily reached for myself!

Think loaded pizza

And dessert

it sounds like a tough job...but I suspect I could do/have done it (probably not in one sitting, but over the course of a day)

If not with alcohol, then milk shakes would do it! One large shake from Sonic is nearly 1800 calories. Add a burger and fries and you've got half a day taken care of!

I am afraid if I ever got to where I *could* eat 6000k in a day, I would be a lot heavier than I am/was. Seems like an all-out binge kind of, and it would be for me. I would be sick literally, I think. The way I got so heavy was from drinking every day, and not being careful with food on top of it, but I never packed away food like that. I guess for a man, a large man, it might be the same as me having a 2500k day. Sorry to rain on your parade, lol. I'd be curious what you ate.

I don't think I ever made it to 6k. I had pizza(double cheese, double pepperoni, onion, mushroom, bacon, feta cheese & garlic butter crust), a cadbury cream egg, cottage cheese and peaches. I don't think I even got close. lol Maybe 4k tops. I ate a lot of pizza!

I think a year ago I could have done it!

I also really enjoy the snickers eggs. Tell me, why is it, I think those taste so much better than an actual snickers bar??

I don't know, but that's how I feel about the Reese's eggs too. Maybe it's the filling to chocolate coating ratio? Whatever it is, I like Reeses cups. I LOOOOOVVVVEEEEE Reese's eggs!

On the egg, I completely agree with you for Reeses. Now I have found a large cup double PB Reese cup that is just as tasty, if not more, than the egg!!!!!!!!!!

I think it has to do with how long they sit on the shelf. I'll bet the regular cups are bought in huge quantities and sit in the back much longer than the special runs? I heard the 1 pound snickers bars are to die for. I guess they also taste much much better!

All this talk of candy is killing me! I'm 4 days into a water fast.
