Can't find a DD thread for today...This is kind of late. :)

B- coffee with light cream (30)

L-deli chicken slice (25), LC cheese (35), pickle (3)...not sure what I might eat besides that

D-Baked honey mustard chicken, baby gold potatoes (?)

I started the day with coffee & coconut oil. Haven't felt like eating yet, as I stuffed myself silly yesterday. I may end up fasting for the rest of the day. I feel like I need a food break!

Still sticking with a protein bar & two protein shakes on DDs this week. I'm hoping for a loss at tomorrow's weekly weigh-in. If not, then I'll consider switching things up next week. (I'm just hoping to get my SIRT1 working it's magic for me, and avoid trying all the hacks & mono food fasts that are floating around the board)

10:00 Coffee, non-dairy creamer, Quest protein bar
2:00 Vanilla protein shake, 1/4 C. pumpkin & spices
6:00 Chocolate protein shake, 1 Tbsp. peanut flour

500 Max. @ 151 lbs.
Exercise: 30 min. recumbent bike & 15 min. pilates reformer

Lunch: Steamed cauliflower and broccoli (100 calories)
Dinner: Small Wendy's chili (210 calories)
Snack if needed: High fiber oatmeal (150 calories)

Total - 460 calories

Potato DD for me today. I took my first Pterostilbene today and have most definitely noticed a decrease in my hunger levels.

Breakfast: Black coffee
Lunch: Chicken broth (15)
Snack: 3 oz. potato w/ malt vinegar (66)
Supper: Two 3 oz. potatoes with chicken broth and salsa con queso. (177)

Did you order the pterostilbene online? I may need to check this out. I can't start it for a month, though. I have to have a colonoscopy soon and don't want to add more meds in until afterwards. Keep us posted on how it's working, ok?

DD today is another hungry one for me. Still not used to that! I like my old easy ones, hmph!

Flutter, someone said they found ptero at Walmart, and I know that you can get it a Vitamin Shoppe. GNC sells reservatol, which is similar, I think.

rinse and repeat a couple of times (35cal)
Magic Pop! (20cal)
Cracker (10cal)
Mango/cayenne flavored gelatin treats sweetened with stevia (20cal)
Diet coke sweetened with splenda (0cal)
Total so far: 87 calories
Later today will have:
Bone broth (? 25cal?)
Salad with WF FF/Calorie free dressing (30cal)
Always aiming to keep it under 200 calories, at least for now.

Zagnut recommended a place local to her and I ordered from them online. It's called Greencastle coffee roasters. Yummm! I have a bunch more flavors to try too. They sell sample packs which make about 5 cups so I tried a bunch!

Honey mustard chicken is in the oven.:yummy: It smells divine. Also got some baby yukons boiling. 3/4 c. of potatoes is 80 cals, and one small chicken breast is about 130 cals (adding 20 cals for honey). MMMMM!!! So glad I saved some calories for dinner. :)

Just Meyer lemon juice with stevia in hot water and s strawberry serenity GT kombucha for me. I treat myself to a kombucha on DDs if I keep all stray calories out.

It smells sinful, and with sweetener and HWC, it tastes really delicious! Doesn't taste that much different than black coffee w/nothing in it. I would say it's yummy, but not as decadent as I thought it would be. The house still smells chocolatey this evening though, which is a nice smell!

Thanks! I was really hoping only having 350 cals. would help me see below 150 on the scale this morning...but no such luck. :annoyed:
