Just Wanted to Share

The holidays were mostly a food fest for me. Mostly moderate and up days... thankfully I only gained 5 lbs (I say only because years before its been more)... So after new year I re-commited with a new juddd friend as we are both about the same wt. I was in at 179 she at 183... today I am happy to report that I have lost the 5lbs from the holidays and am feeling

good...

So we have a bet.. no prizes.. just wt loss... by the end of February. We are both motorcycle enthusiasists so this will make the upcoming riding season a lot better.....

My goal ultimately is 160... cross your fingers for me!!!

Its a nice feeling... Control on your path to weight loss, no self hate and guilt. I wish you luck in your 'bet', lol, and just keep doing what you are doing, it's obviously working for you!

That's great! Losing the holiday weight is a great start, and I have no doubt you'll lose the rest and have a great riding season!
