My last day being 56 was a great day.
My head cold is almost totally gone, my knees are behaving, sorta. So I felt great!
I did something good for hubby, myself and hopefully helped a stranger.
I called the blood bank to see if it was safe to donate my blood after my cold. They said it was fine. I hadn't taken any cold medicine at all while sick, not that they asked me.
I hadn't given blood since the Joplin tornado.
Sometimes donating kicks me no my keister.
Doing great today.
And also rejoined the college gym for do and me.
I plan to swim twice a week, starting next week.
Few friends will take aqua class together.
SO I'm expecting to have harder time on dd with food calling my name more.
I have already in my head excepted 600-700cal as a dd cal. we c.
I'm excited to get back to THE GYM. my dh misses it . He probably won't swim regularly but will do wts. Which I love it all.
It's in my had that I have to respect my health. I got it!
