UD Tuesday- what you are eating?
B: 4 oz burger, 2 eggs fried in ghee (450 cal)
L: beet soup, 6 oz ground lamb cooked with onions and spices, 2 oz baked spaghetti squash (450 cal)
D: 8oz baked salmon, 8 oz steamed cauliflower, lamb burgers and oppsie rolls (948 cal)

Total 1848 cal/29 gr carbs

B: Jalapeno turkey burger w/o cheese, iced tea, coffee (425)
L: Panda Express bowl with 1/2 steamed rice, 1/2 veggies, and Shanghai Angus Steak for the entree, diet Sobe cranberry/grapefruit, fortune cookie (477)
D: 1/2 an avocado on a chile/lime chicken burger with bun, O'brien potatoes with ketchup.

Gym: No class tonight, so I'll probably just play around a bit, maybe explore some of the machines.

Wine: Chardonnay
