L: Panda Express bowl with 1/2 steamed rice, 1/2 veggies, and Shanghai Angus Steak for the entree, diet Sobe cranberry/grapefruit, fortune cookie (477)
D: 1/2 an avocado on a chile/lime chicken burger with bun, O'brien potatoes with ketchup.
Gym: No class tonight, so I'll probably just play around a bit, maybe explore some of the machines.
