DD Monday
 
Yesterday was the first LC UD I had! It was actually MUCH better than I thought it would be, considering my sweetie brought home some rotisserie chicken! I was thinking I'd have to have scrambled eggs again lol

Today is my first LC DD, so we shall see how this works. We devoured the chicken (me, the kid, and the big man) so none of that left. so it's gonna be tricksy lol

B: Coffee and water
l: 3 scrambled egg whites, butter, malt vinegar (love this stuff) and bacon bits
d: miso-cup soup
s: not gonna try to snack, but if I get peckish I'll HB an egg.

WATER is my friend today! :) :love:

Today I'm going to combine my DD with a 5 hour eating window (Fast 5 plan). I'll be eating between 2-7pm and then drinking water/diet coke the rest of the time.

360 calories for the day

Alright back into routine ..today will be a breeze because I am sooo busy!!

B: 2 walnuts, hard boiled egg and 1 tbsp light cream in tea (120)
L: 1 babybel cheese (60)
D: Babybel cheese and hard boiled egg (140)
Bedtime snack: 1 babybel cheese and 1 tea with 1 tbsp light cream (80)

around 400 calories for the day!

I do really well with fat+protein ...so eggs and cheese really kill any hunger I have. As well, I only eat when I feel hungry which helps me a lot when sticking to my calorie allotment.

I love doing LC ..but I find when I do LC Up Days I feel deprived without my "treats" (aka. chocolateee yum lol)

Hello, I am somwhat new to JUDDD (I've dabbled before but never fully committed).

I watched that BBC documentary "Eat, Fast, and Live Longer" yesterday and was inspired to give it another whirl. My SO is skeptical, but I think if I get results he might join me. :)

My plan for today:
B- Coffee + 2 TB Half and Half (40)

Lunch/mid day snacks - AdvantEDGE protein shake (110)

Mid-day snack #2 - Breakstone 2% cottage cheese (90)

Dinner - Gortons salmon fillet + roasted brussell sprouts (around 250)

Potato DD for me -- so potatoes and malt vinegar - about 500-600 cals worth. I've had about 200 cals already. No hunger so far.

I've had HWC and coffee, but nothing else so far. My stomach is growling and not in a pleasant way. Hope I can have a successful DD, as yesterday turned into a UD.

Potato DD here too. Reds boiled yesterday and cooled. Will eat with dill mustard and pickle juice, and alternate some with A1. Looking to end the day between 400-425. I may add a fat free hot choc at the end of the night.

Lots of water.
