UD Saturday, plan?
I'm down a few! :) gotta love JUDDD!
B: slept through it
L: big piece of sausage strata, 1 small cinnamon roll (leftover from xmas, omg)
D: going to my cousin's for dinner, I think it's going to be bison tenderloin and don't know what else.

UD I'm still babying a head cold.
Thought I was over it. Last night raised its ugly head.
Even coffee this morning didn't sound. Who M I!
I've eaten 600 cal so far before 10 am. Another who m I!
I do feel better than last night for sure.
Have a good UD Soren, etc!
Breakfast by DH: fried potatoes, egg, and turkey sausage
Lunch: Crockpot Buffalo chicken in a whole grain tortilla with some goat cheese
Dinner: Going to a potluck party; bringing app'ys. One glass of wine and a small plate of food.
Woke up sick and fighting myself not to exercise which in this situation is not a good thing. But I am in the zone and feel guilt when I slack now. Might just do some gentle Pilates later.
B- 2 chocolate chip fiber waffles and a special k bar (280 cals of comfort carbs and little nutrition other than fiber)
L - thinking it will be the last of the chicken tortilla soup and some fresh pineapple. I MUST make this soup again soon.
D- not sure yet

D:6 Egg Omlette w/Onions, Mushrooms, Sausage and Cheddar (going out to dinner to a diner that's been featured on The Food Network for their omlettes!)
B: omelette w/ veggies , ham, cheese and salsa, 2 coffees w/ sf hazelnut creamer
S: OMM with cream cheese
L: chicken wings
S: 1/2 serving of ritz bitz
D: taco salad
Trying to keep it fairly low carb. Tomorrow will be my first DD of the new year.
B: Coffee, milk, Quest protein bar
L: Ham, cheese, tomato, roasted brussels sprouts, diet iced green tea
D: Shrimp, broccolli, whole wheat pasta, grated cheese, diet raspberry lemonade
S: Hot cocoa w/ whipped cream, coconut macaroon cookie
Exercise 30 min. recumbent bike & 15 min. pilates rebounder
