I'm so out of it.... took a whole sick day today
![]() B: water, cold pills L: 2 c chicken broth, about 1/2c brown rice that I had around D: um, more soup? not sure maybe some sf jello, and maybe 100cal of yogurt and some SF jam-- that's yummy. I haven't a clue, but I'm sure under 500. |

12pm- half a cup of tea= 0 Bedtime snack plan: 5oz celery= 20 c. w/ walden farms dressing as dip= 0 6 oz cucumber w/ SF rice vinegar= 30 c. 3 deli pops= 30 c. 1 laughing cow wedge= 35 c. |

Day- one HB egg plus one HB egg white, two crackers
Evening - a medium grapefruit 220 cals so far. Feeling a bit weak so probably gonna go scrounge some protein now. |
