D - crock pot veggie lasagna

2 C. Coffee, 1/2 C. NF milk (50)
1 Whey protein chocolate shake w/ tbsp. SF banana pudding mix (150)
1 LF cheese stick, 1/2 oz. toasted almonds (160)
1 can Progresso light chicken noodle soup (140)
Too cold for just shakes today.

maybe some sf jello, and maybe 100cal of yogurt and some SF jam-- that's yummy.
I haven't a clue, but I'm sure under 500.
6:30am- half a cup of coffee with 1 T creamer= 15 c.
12pm- half a cup of tea= 0
Bedtime snack plan:
5oz celery= 20 c. w/ walden farms dressing as dip= 0
6 oz cucumber w/ SF rice vinegar= 30 c.
3 deli pops= 30 c.
1 laughing cow wedge= 35 c.
Day- one HB egg plus one HB egg white, two crackers
Evening - a medium grapefruit
220 cals so far. Feeling a bit weak so probably gonna go scrounge some protein now.
