Wednesday UD food plans

I'm coming off of a potato hack fast and feel refreshed and ready to handle my UDs more responsibly! No more UUADS!!!

b-had a breakfast burrito (soft tortilla shell, one egg scrambled, a bit of co-jack, 2 sausage links and a hashbrown with ketchup and hot sauce) 500ish calories

l-McDonalds playdate with sister and nieces-either a filet o fish or 6 chicken nuggets. Both are under 400 calories (nuggets would be under 300). Will share a fry with my kids so another 100ish calories for those

s-Pig n blankets 330 calories

That leaves me with around 400 calories leftover-maybe I'll splurge and get a hot chocolate at McDonalds

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
B: Baguette with Devon cream, marmalade, marmite, tea (Cindy, if you read this, I don't know if this is a weird combination or not, but it sounds good to me!)
L: Jalapeno turkey burger with no cheese, Coke Zero
D: No plan yet.

I usually enjoy my UD that falls on one of my days off and that is today!

Whole box of spaghetti, whole jar of spaghetti sauce w/8oz of ground chuck and a mini loaf of homemade bread. No veggies on my day off! lol

Comes in at 2621 calories!
