Wednesday UD food plans
I'm coming off of a potato hack fast and feel refreshed and ready to handle my UDs more responsibly! No more UUADS!!!
b-had a breakfast burrito (soft tortilla shell, one egg scrambled, a bit of co-jack, 2 sausage links and a hashbrown with ketchup and hot sauce) 500ish calories l-McDonalds playdate with sister and nieces-either a filet o fish or 6 chicken nuggets. Both are under 400 calories (nuggets would be under 300). Will share a fry with my kids so another 100ish calories for those s-Pig n blankets 330 calories That leaves me with around 400 calories leftover-maybe I'll splurge and get a hot chocolate at McDonalds :yummy: |
B: Baguette with Devon cream, marmalade, marmite, tea (Cindy, if you read this, I don't know if this is a weird combination or not, but it sounds good to me!) :hyst:
L: Jalapeno turkey burger with no cheese, Coke Zero D: No plan yet. |
I usually enjoy my UD that falls on one of my days off and that is today!
Whole box of spaghetti, whole jar of spaghetti sauce w/8oz of ground chuck and a mini loaf of homemade bread. No veggies on my day off! lol Comes in at 2621 calories! |

One of my last carby, post-holiday days (I hope!)
B: one biscuit w/one tablespoon of lemon curd, hot tea L: last piece of Mom's banana bread :cry: and :clap: at the same time S: tortilla chips and guacamole from NYE D: vodka gimlet, pork loin, baked potato w/butter and sour cream, green beans D: last piece of New Years cake YUM! Not a lot of nutrition, but YUM. |
B: 1 pc of cinnamin toast, lots of coffee
L: garden salad w/ grilled chicken, lf ranch, few of the kids' fries ;) D: homemade chicken noodle soup, 1 cheese/breadstick S: not sure, but I have alot of calories still to use. Ugh! Lots of chocolate around the house, maybe I'll sample. Not really in the mood, though. (WHAT?!? Blasphemy!) |
