I did just this. My actual difference was 5.4 lbs. Still not happy about it but it's better than 8.1

Still on the fence if I'm keeping the stupid thing after it's all said and done.. it took me literally 7x on it this morning to get 3 consistant numbers. The idea of connecting this with my iPad was the original goal with this but to have to weigh several times (and it logs them all.....) every time..meh.

I may opt for another cheapy one and just keep it simple. I guess that's what I get for tryin to go all fancy
