Happy New Year!

Although I'm not technically new to JUDDD, I am finally making a full commitment to the program and I'm looking forward to reaching my fitness goals in 2013. I played around with JUDDD over the last few months and it's the knowledge and inspiration I have gotten from this website that makes me feel confident I can do this. Thanks so much for that! I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone better. Happy New Year!

I am somewhat new to JUDDD. I've given it a few half-hearted attempts in the past, but am firmly recommitted as of today. I have about 25 lbs to lose, but really I'm much more of an "inches" and "clothing size" gal. I know when I'm back comfortably in all my lovely size 8 pants, dresses and skirts in my closet, I'll be my own Success Story.

I mentioned in another DD thread that I watched "Eat, Fast, and Live Longer" yesterday and was REALLY impressed and inspired. And he get those fabulous results with just 2 DD a week too-- awesome.

Today is DD #1 and I am enjoying reading all the posts here in this section.

I'm also doing Jillian Michael's 90-day Body Revolution program for my workouts, so I expect I really may see more progress in terms of inches than the scale- but as I mentioned, I'm totally OK with that!

bbnot and Kiley! You're going to love doing JUDDD even more taking part in this board. I think posting regularly can really help when you start feeling like you're wavering. It does for me! I'm here four months now!

You have to be a member for a moth or so before you can have a 'signature' which includes those things.

Until then you can just put them in your posts now and then.

Enjoy your UD.
