Hi, everyone! Just wanted to let ya'all know that I'm still around and still JUDDD'ing. Went totally off-plan for the holidays (I blame my mom and her excessive amount of good cooking) -- and here I am, with about 6 extra pounds. So, yay... lol But, I've decided to do my first couple of weeks back on JUDDD low carb, so, here's to hoping that takes it off fast. Hope everyone's doing well!

Good day, all.

Yesterday went really well until I could not fall asleep. Hungry and cold. Typical DD symptoms. At 2:30 got up and had a whole can of green beans (80cal/14carbs) with butter (100. Put me over my DD numbers but got to sleep for three hours.

Today (drum roll please) down one pound below my previous low. Yes, folks, that's new numbers.

Great news!! I hope this happens to me too!

Was just walking down the stairs from a meeting and the library dean said, "Cindy have you been dropping some pounds?"

I found the ticker on my page last night after I noticed another member's. I can't remember who it was though, lol. They are so pretty and feminine...all the styles are so lovely, and they have one especially for Valentine's Day too. It's Lily Slim weight loss tickers. You can Google it.

Hi Buds,

I am finally back to JUDDD. I took a break, a long one -- over six weeks of no accountability. I didn’t intend it be so long, I simply allowed things like holiday company, off-schedule events, and other things to get in the way.

Today is my first DD and it is going fine.

I don’t want to start rotations feeling bummed out, so my plan is to get safely back into the routine of rotations first, and then get on the scale. Once I’m back in the habit, the scale doesn’t bother me very much because I am in control.

Thanks for the warm welcomes back to the forum.

DD wasn't bad at all and now looking forward to an UD today and getting back into the habit of logging all food. Thinking of changing to a different application/program for that this year since I may be getting a smart phone soon. Nothing like having a handy calorie resource with me when I'm away from home.

I've sort of glanced through some of the thread titles, however need to spend time reading through the board today and see what has been going on. There has been some revelation about potatoes? Started by a potato farmer? Is that working out well for losing weight, or just causing a potato shortage at the market?

Time for breakfast, see you over coffee in a while!
