What are some of the recipes you've been using with your potatoes? I tried the Potato Hack a few weeks ago and I was so bored after just a few hours of potatoes and broth, lol. But wow those losses are incredible and now I'm tempted to try it again!

Goal for January 163 and go to the gym 3 times per week.
Ended December at 168.6.

01/01 - 168.4 - DD - 323 I ate (er drank) back all my exercise calories yesterday. I sure didn't expect a loss with a 2080 calorie day! Probably dehydration, and it may go up tomorrow, but I'm okay with that.
01/02 - 167.8 - UD - 1880 (-565 Zumba) Net 1315
01/03 - 168.8 - DD - ?

I haven't been able to weigh myself in months..however I do know I've put on some weight..probably a lot considering my double chin is re-emerging and my jeans are so tight they leave marks! I may be able to hit the gym tonight so I will try and hop on the scale there and see.

That's incredible! The only thing that worries me is keeping the daily calories so low. I would be worried that it would eventually affect my metabolism? I know it works because the potatoes keep you full enough to be able to keep the calories very low, but it's kind of like a DD every day, right?

Chantal - I love the 30 Day Shred mostly because I do see results and it is a quicky - only 25 minutes. I haven't tried her other ones yet but might after I can get through level 3 of the Shred.

TryingJudd- They are all awesome! I think I have 5 of them now. But I do think 30 Day Shred is my favorite, closely followed by Ripped in 30

it is amazing isn't it! Love that you are getting the weight loss. It gets better when you can see a few weeks of the bouncing weights as it is easier to see the downward trend over time.
