What are some of the recipes you've been using with your potatoes? I tried the Potato Hack a few weeks ago and I was so bored after just a few hours of potatoes and broth, lol. But wow those losses are incredible and now I'm tempted to try it again!

I haven't been able to weigh myself in months..however I do know I've put on some weight..probably a lot considering my double chin is re-emerging and my jeans are so tight they leave marks!
I may be able to hit the gym tonight so I will try and hop on the scale there and see. |

That's incredible! The only thing that worries me is keeping the daily calories so low. I would be worried that it would eventually affect my metabolism? I know it works because the potatoes keep you full enough to be able to keep the calories very low, but it's kind of like a DD every day, right?

Chantal - I love the 30 Day Shred mostly because I do see results and it is a quicky - only 25 minutes. I haven't tried her other ones yet but might after I can get through level 3 of the Shred. |
