am going to jump in here with only 10 days left of the month! Starting after a frustrating few months of thyroid surgery, and going off low carb during this time. Now I have to take off the weight I have gained furing this, and take off those last 8-10 lbs I had been working on.

Thank you Flossyliz.....I am trying to get my head in the right place. I had a good down day yesterday with a LOT of hot water w/lemon, some brocolli, 2 boiled eggs and coffee with HWC (my afternoon treat) 402 calories. I have been reading through the potato hack (trying to understand how do implement it and I am considering trying that for a few days to "jump start"

I don't know Nilla. I vacillate between acceptance and frustration. I've not lost more than 2 lbs a month since I started and lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks. Clearly, I need to accept that it's going to take a year or more to lose a measly 60 lbs, or give up.

It alomost looks like you've actually lost 5 pounds this month after weighing 193 on Jan 2nd, 4th and 9th, after having had several UDs in a row over the holidays

Yeah but my low in Dec. was 190. So, really all I've lost is 2 lbs. Well, technically you're right. Each month it takes me about two weeks to get back down to the previous month's low, then a *real* loss of 2 lbs.
