am going to jump in here with only 10 days left of the month! Starting after a frustrating few months of thyroid surgery, and going off low carb during this time. Now I have to take off the weight I have gained furing this, and take off those last 8-10 lbs I had been working on.

My goal this month is to get back into the mid 140's and maintenance JUDDD again for my vacation. PMD(potato medium day)tried the potato hack on these days and they were around 800 cals. I am happy to be back to doing JUDDD rotations again!

Had a rough 3 day weekend (all Up Days) but I didn't gain a TON. Hoping that the strict UD/DD rotations will drop my weight back down. However, there's Cherry Pie + Craft Night in two days and Superbowl Sunday this weekend that I have to prepare for. Yeeeps!
