Jan 9th...224...Hoping for a whoosh tomorrow!!
Jan 10th...223..happy girl!! All a bit hit and miss at the mo so will be on here intermittantly for a few days..hubby had op on the 10th, he is absolutely fine and we get results in 7/14 days..fingers crossed please!!
Jan 16th...224..after 4 Ud's and 2 dd's not too bad!!
Jan 17th..225..after Ud, back to judd bounces!!

I have a little rise today, but I'm not worried. I know the reason is because yesterday was an UD *and* my day off from taking herbal supplements that I take to help me go and heal my GI tract. I take them 6 days a week and rest on the 7th. Usually, I like to fast on the day i dont take herbs...so that i dont get backed up, but these JUDDD rotations of EOD made that impossible. At least it is revealing to me that I still have a ways to go with healing my GI tract. This is why I can't eat meat, most dairy, eggs, and most grains. It was not uncommon for me to go 5days without Bernice.

My goal this month is to get back into the mid 140's and maintenance JUDDD again for my vacation. PMD(potato medium day)tried the potato hack on these days and they were around 800 cals. I am happy to be back to doing JUDDD rotations again!

Thanks for the encouragement - again - ladies. Kissa, I had yours copied, too, but it got lost!

I sorta blew my DD Friday (not bad, probably more of a MD) and was down Saturday. I am seeing a little bit of a difference in my clothes and jewelry, so maybe something is happening. I'm 7 months post-op, so I would think I'm healed by now. I had MDs before when I was losing, but may do the straight rotation for awhile and just try to keep Saturday a MD at best when it comes around. I tried weighing weekly, but I think the not knowing is worse than the blasted number on the scale!

I'm also going to go back to lower carb eating, which I think may also help. Not giving up yet!

As always, appreciate the encouragement and advice!!!
