I hate so much how TOM comes along and messes everything up. My DD's were perfect and my UD's weren't any different than the rest of the month, but my weight still went up and hasn't come back down yet. I really do only lose weight two weeks out of the month. Hoping another couple of DD's will get me back down to the 180's again.

I'm so thrilled. This weekly weighing in thing is working really well at least so far. This last week was by no means perfect, I even had a DD turn into an UD, but I didn't binge. On occasion, I had several spoons of peanut butter that were not a part of the plan, but I either just stopped and incorporated it into what I'd eaten, or I rejiggered the next days. It's a great loss, especially since I wasn't super bloated when I started, I had been dieting steadily for a week before that. I know it'll slow down soon, but for now, I'll take it.

Goal - under 120 by february.

Now I'm up to the lowest weight I've been recently. This is the lowest I'll get and then bounce back up to 140ish. So I'm so determined to soldier on. It's really not that hard. For now. Thanks to shirataki noodles on DDs.

My goal for January is to get down to 142 so my highest bounce is 144 rather than 144 being my lower bounce number. Technically that would be a 2 # loss.

I hate so much how TOM comes along and messes everything up. My DD's were perfect and my UD's weren't any different than the rest of the month, but my weight still went up and hasn't come back down yet. I really do only lose weight two weeks out of the month. Hoping another couple of DD's will get me back down to the 180's again.
6 lbs since the beginning of the month is no small feat!!! Don't get discouraged, you are working it well. I, too, only lose about 2 wks out of every month so far. Usually gain a few from my lowest ea. month then finally lose a lb or two at the end of the month. KUTGW!
