Dawn, Babs, LCG, Shari - Thank you!!!!! I'm treating myself to a nice yummy coffee "French Toast" flavored. I wanted it SO BADLY last night, and then I read that article on false hunger, so I am glad I let my tummy rumble instead of feeding it. It worked out well, yay for the whoosh!!!

My goal for January is to get down to 142 so my highest bounce is 144 rather than 144 being my lower bounce number. Technically that would be a 2 # loss.

Well, haven't seen this weight since my daughters wedding, 9 years ago, when I went to a diet dr and starved myself to 145 with pills and shots. Left me totally afraid of food.

As you can see, I changed to Fast-5. It is working so well for me each day - no issues with dh and that is probably why. lol!!! I wish JUDDD had worked for me like it has for so many of you - you JBs are THE MOST AWESOME PEOPLE ON THIS BOARD...

01/01 - 168.4 - DD - 323 I ate (er drank) back all my exercise calories yesterday. I sure didn't expect a loss with a 2080 calorie day! Probably dehydration, and it may go up tomorrow, but I'm okay with that.
01/02 - 167.8 - UD - 1880 (-565 Zumba) Net 1315
01/03 - 168.8 - DD - 333 (-501 Zumba) Net -168
01/04 - 168.0 - UD - 2023 TOM Best guess, I estimated dinner out with work at around 1000 calories.
01/05 - 169.6 - DD - 475 (-294 HIIT) Net 181 TOM
01/06 - 168.0 - UD - 2113 Everything is sore!
01/07 - 169.8 - DD - 310 (-566 Zumba) Net -256 Struggling with UDs this month. Maybe because of exercise

01/23 - 165.6 - DD - 857 (-603 Zumba) Net 254 Decided to try 5:2 for maintenance, but it was after lunch, so I didn't get my calories high enough for an UD.
01/24 - 165.2 - UD - >1800 Close enough! I'm calling goal!

Thanks KM! I know from past experience that weight loss does usually slow down. It's just that I'm dietbetting and you can't lose too much or you lose the bet. However, after seeing my weight go back up after an UD, I think things are going to be just fine and I will stick with this plan. Congrats on your weight loss. I think I have finally found a WOE that I enjoy.
