My goal for January is to get down to 142 so my highest bounce is 144 rather than 144 being my lower bounce number. Technically that would be a 2 # loss.

Unless there's some reason you want to slow it down, I'd keep doing what you're doing. Your body will figure it out and slow down when it's ready. I lost 5 pounds the first week, 3 the next, gained the third, then started losing again. Enjoy it while it lasts!

Well, haven't seen this weight since my daughters wedding, 9 years ago, when I went to a diet dr and starved myself to 145 with pills and shots. Left me totally afraid of food.

As you can see, I changed to Fast-5. It is working so well for me each day - no issues with dh and that is probably why. lol!!! I wish JUDDD had worked for me like it has for so many of you - you JBs are THE MOST AWESOME PEOPLE ON THIS BOARD...

If it's OK, I'll stick with some of the JUDDD thread like the weigh in, challenge and the callanetics as I so enjoy them. Is that OK?
