Don't get frustrated by a number on a scale. JUDDD weight loss often works in sudden whooshes. If you're sticking to your numbers and nothing much seems to be happening, there's probably lots of good healing stuff going on. We're all here so we're doing well - and it looks different for everyone!

My goal this month is to get back into the mid 140's and maintenance JUDDD again for my vacation. PMD(potato medium day)tried the potato hack on these days and they were around 800 cals. I am happy to be back to doing JUDDD rotations again!

I am going to jump in here with only 10 days left of the month! Starting after a frustrating few months of thyroid surgery, and going off low carb during this time. Now I have to take off the weight I have gained furing this, and take off those last 8-10 lbs I had been working on.

I am new and I would love to join this thread. I'm encourage by all of you. I hope it's okay to jump in?
My high weight was 207 in 2005. For the past several years I have tended to fluctuate between 185-165, give or take. My tendency is to lose a lot starting around Christmas and then start to gain again starting in Spring. Finally, I will be up to where I was again by Thanksgiving. In 2012 I was 145 in March and up to 194 in Dec. Wow! I think I need to learn some persistence. I tend to fall into old habits when my life gets hectic. I am recently realized that I have too much on my plate and so I am working to cut down on the number of responsibilities I have. I hope that will help limit the hectic periods. Goal: 180 14 - 187.6 start 3 day juice cleanse 17 - 181.0 starting solid food again 20 - 182.0 21 - 181.4 U (starting JUDDD) 22 - 180.4 D |
