Definitely join in with me and try the 5:2 plan! I think I'm going to start a new thread in the 'Other Plans' section of the forum, just so I don't bog down the JUDDD area with my experiment. I'm officially starting today and will go for two weeks to see how it goes

My goal for January is to get down to 142 so my highest bounce is 144 rather than 144 being my lower bounce number. Technically that would be a 2 # loss.

I'm back!!

Hubby and I got home yesterday afternoon from our five day trip over to LA to do some gambling. I had mentioned prior to leaving that I wasn't go to be doing any rotations while gone but would try to make wise food choices. While driving over to LA this past Monday, I changed my mind and decided to at least "try" to do do rotations. We stopped at a store and I grabbed some portable DD food choices and carried them with me around the casinos. We got home yesterday and I'm pleased with the scales. I may not have won any money at the casino, but the scales this morning were a win in my eyes! I'm so glad I decided to do my rotations!!!

Goal for January is to be firmly in the 170's
