My goal this month is to get back into the mid 140's and maintenance JUDDD again for my vacation. PMD(potato medium day)tried the potato hack on these days and they were around 800 cals. I am happy to be back to doing JUDDD rotations again!

Thanks, LoCarbGal. But, actually TOM hasn't showed yet. He is 4 days late and making me grumpy as all get out! Who knows what is going on. I just hope TOM shows soon so I can get back to my nice self. My poor family doesn't deserve me right now.

To all my Juddd buds, sorry I haven't been a good cheerleader lately. So many great acheivements and I feel guilty for not commenting on them. I am thinking in it my head, if it counts for anything. Keep up the good work!

okay, i'm putting it all on the table. i kind of started trying to do JUDDD beginning this year, but there've been some binges in there. i'm now weighing in once a week only, but i'll still post here. hoping that focusing more on getting the ups and downs right where they're supposed to be will be a good change. today was very pleased weighing in.

Goal - under 120 by february.

01/01 - 137.6 / 24.6% (DD)
01/02 - 131.4 / 24.1% (UD)
01/03 - 129.7 / 22.4% (DD)
01/04 - 125.8 / 20.8% (UUAD - not to be confused with Binge)
01/05 - 128.9 / 20.6% (Binge)
01/06 - 132.8 / 22.5% (Binge)
01/07 - 138.1 / ??? (DD)
01/08 - 132.9 / 23.3% (Binge)
01/09 - 134.4 / 24.7% (DD)
01/10 - 129.3 / 22.8% (UD)
01/11 - 128.4 / 25.5% (DD)
01/12 - 127.4 / 20.9% (Binge)
01/13 - 131.4 / 22.8% (Binge)
01/14 - 138.3 / 26.4% (Binge)

Wow, these fluctuations are insane. And I didn't even go out and eat really junky food when I binged, just food we had in the house like whole wheat bagels / bread / nuts / nut butters / dark chocolate. I think part of it is that I'm nursing two kids and have really good milk production and when I eat extra, I make a ton of extra milk as well, which weighs me down?? Okay, see ya next week and hope I have a nice row of UD / DD / UD / DD / UD / DD / UD / DD..... if there's one or two hundred calories extra here or there, that's okay, but just remember - the next day is an up day!!!

Ok, from today until February 1st I'm going to experiment with the 5:2 IF plan, which is the same as JUDDD, but with only two DDs a week instead of every other day rotations. I'm curious to see how it works for weight loss and maintenance
