I really do think so, Arlene. I'm up 1.5 pounds this morning - granted after an UD - but I worked the Callanetics hard yesterday and am sore this morning. I do think it's muscles starting to build and fluid retention from the muscle inflammation. That's what I'm telling myself anyway. I'm not gonna quit doing it though!

Last week I didn't lose anything until I took several rest days from exercise. Then I had a small whoosh. I exercised yesterday and am back up, so I'm sure that's what's going on.

Oh goodness, I don't know why but that had my laughing like a lunatic at my desk. I "go" at least 15 times every day, but that's my normal. I'd be happy with 10 too.

Ugh, carly, I would be annoyed with 10X a day, too! (call me opposite girl of Dawn & Cindy with potty trips!) You're feeling ok, though, right? WTG on the new low!

Exercise girls, I'm SURE that's why you're up a bit! I used to lose on the scale slower when working out, but the inches left quicker! The scale will catch up!

I feel fine. I'm trying to remind myself that I'm not 25 anymore and maybe this is another perk of getting older, but it came out of no where. I'm not accustom to going more than once every 2 or 3 hours- forget 2x an hour!

My goal for January is to get down to 142 so my highest bounce is 144 rather 144 being my lower bounce number. Technically that would be a 2 # loss.

I'm slightly worried about that defecit on my cals, but it's because calorie count claims I burned 700 calories during that hr long class, plus I was full and I didn't want to eat more, since dinner was late already. I ate all but 100 of my up day calories, but don't know if I'm supposed to eat more when I workout...???? Any input would be great!

**Revised goal 1/9/12: Maintain for a bit, while getting my fingers well again, and making exercise a habit.**

01/01 - 168.4 - DD - 323 I ate (er drank) back all my exercise calories yesterday. I sure didn't expect a loss with a 2080 calorie day! Probably dehydration, and it may go up tomorrow, but I'm okay with that.
01/02 - 167.8 - UD - 1880 (-565 Zumba) Net 1315
01/03 - 168.8 - DD - 333 (-501 Zumba) Net -168
01/04 - 168.0 - UD - 2023 TOM Best guess, I estimated dinner out with work at around 1000 calories.

01/06 - 168.0 - UD - 2113 Everything is sore!
01/07 - 169.8 - DD - 310 (-566 Zumba) Net -256 Struggling with UDs this month. Maybe because of exercise
