Just wanted to say, Thank you so much to all of you for sharing your daily weight diaries. I get lot of encouragement from this forum especially when I see so many fluctuations in my weight from day to day. I have been weighing everyday since 8/12 too after getting encouragement from quite a few supportive JUDDDers (especially Pat - SoHappy, Cindy, Dawn and many others) back in July'12! Once I get my act together I shall start posting my diary too! In the mean time, please know that you are all inspirational to lot of other "silent" JUDDDers! God bless you all!

P.S. I love Calories updates and side comments as these paint a better picture of what's going on!

My goal for January is to get down to 142 so my highest bounce is 144 rather 144 being my lower bounce number. Technically that would be a 2 # loss.
