just realized that at 1 pound a week I will be in one-derland next Jan 1. That is my 2013 goal. Remind me of this when I get all discouraged.

My goal for January is to get down to 142 so my highest bounce is 144 rather 144 being my lower bounce number. Technically that would be a 2 # loss.

I LOVE going to the casinos, but I'm not happy about the upward bounce the scales will have waiting for me when I get home. I will try to make healthier choices while there, but I know me and when confronted with those mile long buffets, and those casino employees who keep asking if I want a drink, I'm helpless. All that being said, I've seen how forgiving this way of eating is, so as soon as I get home on I'll be starting right back on a serious DD. Here's hoping the only extra baggage I come home with is all the money I'm going to win!

Thanks Flutter! I'm literally BLOWN AWAY at the scales movement since starting JUDDD. This has NEVER happened to me before so I'm definitely a believer in this woe! My daugher Jenn (mamadodge here) is also having great success too.

01/01 - 168.4 - DD - 323 I ate (er drank) back all my exercise calories yesterday. I sure didn't expect a loss with a 2080 calorie day! Probably dehydration, and it may go up tomorrow, but I'm okay with that.

01/03 - 168.8 - DD - 333 (-501 Zumba) Net -168
01/04 - 168.0 - UD - 2023 TOM Best guess, I estimated dinner out with work at around 1000 calories.
01/05 - 169.6 - DD - 475 (-294 HIIT) Net 181 TOM
01/06 - 168.0 - UD - 2113 Everything is sore!
01/07 - 169.8 - DD - 310 (-566 Zumba) Net -256 Struggling with UDs this month. Maybe because of exercise
01/08 - 168.4 - UD - 1837 (-207 Treadmill) Net 1630
01/09 - 168.8 - DD - 433 (-502 Zumba) Net -69
01/10 - 167.2 - UD - 1762 No exercise
