My goal for January is to get down to 142 so my highest bounce is 144 rather 144 beiung my lower bounce number. Technically that would be a 2 # loss.

**Revised goal 1/9/12: Maintain for a bit, while getting my fingers well again, and making exercise a habit.**

Re-injured my calf yesterday. Frustrated that I can't exercise like I would like to but need to listen to my body - blehh. I've not been rotating this weekend but just have been moderate in eating. Hoping I have not gained when I weigh tomorrow. DD tomorrow and the rotations begin again. Maybe with a modified PD. Egg in the morning, then 4 hours till potatoes through the rest of the day.

So, most of this bounce is probably water from the salt, but today is a good day to start trying to lower my UD/DD calories closer to Dr. J's recommendations. I'll aim for 600 calories or less today, and low salt. Hopefully the bounce up won't take too long to come back down.
