Hello JB's,

To all the Juddd Buddds that know me, I am returning. Again. To all the Juddd Buddds who don't know me yet, let's not count the number of times I've either returned to LCF or JUDDD! Since I was last here a couple of months ago, I've continued to gain a few pounds since my hysterectomy last summer.

The last few days, I've been debating with myself if I wanted to do WW or come back to JUDDD, even though I've been doing a mini-version of JUDDD all month. I checked out some of the other well-known boards for WW and decided I should just do that. Then, today, I came back here to sneak a peek, saw all my old JUDDD BUDDDs and felt like I was home again. So, I am gearing up to get back to it. I also bought that Beck book to help me with re-thinking some things and/or reinforcing some things I already know deep down. I know I can do this - I've done it before - it's my body cooperating with losing the pounds that's really the hard part!

So, may I come in to play .... yet again????

I believe awhile ago someone worked out a way to combine WW eating with JUDDD by moving points from DD to UD. Maybe there is a way for you to have the best of both worlds? Anyway,

Oh. My. Goodness. You gals sure know how to make a JB returnee feel all warm and cozy inside!!

I've missed all of you and some of you (former) newbies were indeed here just before I slid out of here to go on vacation and into the black diet hole.

I will begin again in earnest next week. Right now, I'm just getting my thoughts and feelings together plus getting in practice doing JUDDD in a haphazard way. Glad to know that Beck book helped - I'm going to go ahead and put me some daily notes into my iPhone to get me started until the book comes.

So glad to be amongst you ladies again - thanks again for the warm welcome back!
