I think about this frequently. I used to think being hungry was just the worst...even not healthy. That I was going to be really crabby if I was hungry. With JUDDD, I've learned this isn't so! |

Great Video it really gave me something to think about. I am thinking there is something to the ADF . My memory has been taking a dive here lately. At least it seems that way, actually I have trained myself not to remember what I hear. I don't want toremember that way I don't worry about people. I am a nail tech and I worry about my gals. So I need to train myself again, and this is going to help. I can't wait till I have my bloodwork done to find the facts

Hubby's visit with the doctor was really good. The retina has reattached. He needs to keep his head in a certain position for a while and can't fly for 2 months, but hopefully all will be good. He can't see much out of it yet, though. Modern medicine is really remarkable. Who would have thought that some freezing of tissue and then inserting gas bubbles into the eye would help!
You need to come back here, Yam-Yam! Beautiful sunny day without a cloud in the sky! Hugs ![]() |

Well done finding that video, it is very odd that it has disappeared. Beyond me.
Yam yam just to give you hope. My weigh in after one DD and one Potato DD was and incredible 124.4 I don't know what I weighed after pig out but I am simply bowled over to be this low again with such ease. Delighted to hear about the successful work on DHs retina. I wouldn't mind being trapped in Hawaii for a couple of months. |

Thanks for sharing the video! I have a family hx of alzheimers and my memory has never been good to begin with. Lovely to think JUDDD could help prevent that for awhile, too.

agreed sister!
I feel like I have done nothing BUT eat for the last couple of weeks. No down days. Feeling like a bloated tick. I refuse to get on the scale. Today is shaping up to be a fair medium day, but I am seriously strugging with the whole thing. How can just a couple of weeks turn into such an eating habit? Need to get my act together and my IF mojo back. |

After losing about 45 lbs I more or less got off plan for about 7 months and quess what
happened ..... So about 10 days ago I started taking some L-glutamine for the sugar cravings. Then I had my first DD in quite a while on Dec 27 and just finished up my first week back with a 6 lb weight loss. I know 1/2 of that is water but it still looks good on the scales. It sure feels good being back on the plan. Hope everone has a good day today. |

Hi all, I am new to Judd, but have heard the plan works well and of other plans similar, where you have two low days following a high day, etc. I am trying this as I am in a rut with my low cal, low carb food. I have lost 30 lbs hcg and maintaince since may 2012 lost 27 in a month and went down to 34 down, but now after the the holidays up again 5 lbs and have a good 10 to loose.
I am a sugar freak when i get started on it, and it has been me making truffles, cakes, etc that has done the damage. I have noticed so much water retention with sugar, even more so than salty foods! Sooooo sugar free one day at a time, and hoping for some love from the scale tomorrow. Thanks for the support I love these boards!--I need to give away the fudge!! I just saw a great no sugar recepie for brownie like things with oat flour. I may try it on an UD Timeline Photos | Facebook |

to you! Yes, sugar has definitely been a challenge for me too. I was doing okay having an occasional candy or treat for a long time. Then with the holidays, and sugar all around, all the time, I definitely awakened the old monster within. Trying now to get her under control again, even as there are still a few rumballs, ferrero rochers, and lindt truffles lying around. Oh yeah, and the hershey kisses too. Sigh... |

I just watched it too, and wondered if all the protein I eat could be adverselly affecting my health. My recent blood work was funny, but I had it after working out
did not know I was not supposed to exercise before hand. I do a lot of whey protein shakes, two a day most days. Not alot of other proteins, salmon, chicken, greek yogert. |

I just saw you do the callenetics too, I just love those, been doing them too since last april, it really helps with our shapes for sure! I went from a 12 to a 6 and I have never worn a 6 in my life
I do hot yoga 2 times a week, callenetics 2 times and lift weights 2 times. Each day I jump on the rebounder as well for 15 minutes min. |
