The shocking thing to me is that I'm weighing 2 lbs. less this morning!

Today I'm officially declaring that I JUDDD and am now converted to this WOE for the rest of my life!

I'm down 2 lbs too!! However, I have only maintained my Nov. loss throughout the month of DEc., but that's a hell of a lot better than gaining.

There is no "however" there, LG, you did GREAT!!! Change the "however" to moreover and the "only" to "also". Those are awesome things to say about December and starting a new way of eating!

Looks like I had a series of MDs from 12/23 - 12/26, so today is a true DD.

So far:

1 mug of tea (5)
1/2 can of real ginger ale (62)

Planning:

egg drop soup (2 C chicken broth (34), 2 eggs, splash of soy (8), garlic powder, and ginger)
SF jello (10)

So, around 263 cals, 23.5 net carbs

Ty, Flutter! You are always so encouraging and never get discouraged yourself. At least you don't tell us about it. I am so glad we started this WOE together.

Oooooh LG! I am not sure you remember, but when we first started, I mentioned that When I start a plan, I go totally on like gangbusters. I am super good...until I am not any more. I seem to have an 8 month window that plagues me. I lose to almost goal in that time and then something happens to me. I don't even know what sets me off. Diet fatigue I guess? I dunno, but it's like I have an all on switch and then it's suddenly off and I watch myself regain it alllllll again. ( sigh) I am trying so hard to give myself permission to be a little "grey" this time and praying this time will be different. So trust me my friend, I am far from perfect and will probably need some serious help along this journey. I am VERY glad to have met and "started" this with you!!!

I know this thread was for yesterday, but I'll report here anyway. First DD. Not as easy as they were before my 3-day carb fest. Especially since we still have some leftovers. But I did it! I've pre-tracked my food for tomorrow, and looking forward to breakfast!
