Four Weeks JUDDDing

I can hardly believe I've been doing this for four weeks already. I am down 10 pounds and it is the best I have felt "on a diet" ever. Other times I did okay but always felt like I could blow it at any minute. It took a lot of determination to stay with it. It didn't come easily.

JUDDD does. Its a WOE that I can design to my own liking, and somehow it works. The first three weeks I was great at my DD/UD rotations. This past week I have not had rotations because its crazy busy around here. Lots of people around, we have had kids and grandkids, and other family members so I just didn't stick with it.

But in that week, the scale shows a loss, and I haven't eaten all that much.
I do look forward to having a real DD on wednesday right after xmas. Then I'll get back on rotations. I look forward to it.

But I'm very pleased that I can make adjustments according to what is going on in my life and not pack on the pounds. Overall I just don't eat at all like I used to. I can have a "tiny bit" of something carby, and that is enough. Most of the time I'm sticking to good fats and protein with plenty of veggies and some fruit.

Hearing about the many ways you have all found your own way with JUDDD has inspired to to keep going and know that I can do it too. I wish all of you the very happiest holiday ever. And the best of health in 2013!!!

Isn't that an amazing thing to realize about yourself? Congratulations on your loss and new view of food. :high5:
